How billing works
An invoice counts when you start its reminders, not when you upload it. Reviewing the extracted fields costs nothing.
Paid plans bill monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew until you cancel. Yearly costs ten months and your invoice allowance still resets every month. Cancel any time from your billing settings: you keep access to the end of the period you paid for, and there are no partial refunds for unused time.
If you reach your plan’s limit, InvoiceHelix asks you to upgrade before you can start another invoice. It never charges you without asking. Price changes come with at least 30 days’ notice.

- No. Free is a plan, not a countdown. It stays at 2 invoices a month for as long as you want it, and it never asks for a card.
- What counts as an invoice?
